Biography
Since its inception, Christian journeyman rocker Ron Gerhardt has led Acoustic Scars. The former member of The Acoustic Flyers and Flying Fingers, in early 1991, met with Yen Weaver and formed Acoustic Scars with Lori Schulte and Simon Moore. Gerhardt came up with the name for the band from the fact that he had broken a window with his hands when he was a child and still has scars on his hands.
